We carefully pack and ship all orders from Australia with love and attention to detail.
Processing times
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Personalised items may take a little longer during busy periods, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using reliable postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Please note
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control. Little & Labelled is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Little & Labelled, many of our items are made to order and personalised, which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on these products.
However, your happiness is important to us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
Non-personalised items
For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Incorrect details supplied at checkout
• General wear and tear
